Terms and Conditions:

To enter our customer feedback campaign at St Marys Village customers simply:
1. Log onto http://directional.sm.sgizmo.com/s3/
2.  Enter unique serial code provided on invitation
3. Complete online survey and enter details for a chance to win a cash prize
The competition opens at 9am Monday 4th of February 2013 and closes 5:00 pm Thursday 14th of February 2013 (“Promotional period”).
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2. One (1) invitation will be provided per customer for the entirety of the Promotional Period
3. Customers may enter only once
4. To be valid for any of the cash prizes, the survey must be fully completed along with customer contact details
5. Entry is open to Australian residents above the age of 15 years
6. Survey entries received after the close date and time of 5:00 pm Thursday 14th of February 2013 will not be considered
7. No responsibility is accepted for late or incomplete survey entries
8. Survey entries must be completed online and will not be accepted via post
9. Survey entries forged, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered
10. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter; immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
11. Management and staff of stores at St Marys Village are not permitted to enter.
12. The prize winners must provide suitable identification to the promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits a survey that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
14. The prizes are not transferrable and must be taken as offered.


The chance to win 1 x $500 drawn from the pool of participants who completed the online survey within 24 hours of receiving the invitation at St Marys Village.

The chance to win 5X $100 drawn from the remaining participants who completed the online survey before the completion of the Promotion Period.

Total prize pool value: $1000

The winners will be drawn at Suite 203, Level 2, 275 Alfred St, North Sydney, NSW 2060. There will be 6 draws that will take place at the end of the promotional period (the one major draw for the $500 prize and the 5 minor draws for the $100 prize) at 10:00  Thursday 28th of February 2013,
1. The prize winner will be determined via a random computer selection of the online survey entries
2. The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner will be contacted by phone and email after the draw has taken place.
4. The winner need not be present at the draw
5. If despite every reasonable effort the winner of a prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months being the 28th of May 2013 if the prize remains unclaimed, a letter will be sent to the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing setting out the full details and steps to be taken to try and contact the winner/s. At that stage a request for a re-draw will be sought. Any redraw/s will be conducted 10am Friday 31st of May 2013 at 275 Alfred St, North Sydney.
The winner/s name will be published on the St Marys Village website www.stmarysvillage.com.au on the TBA.  As well the Invitation id code will be published on http://www.directional.com.au/prize-page/ on 28th February 2013.

1. By entering the promotion you give the Promoter consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotions unless you indicate otherwise.
2. The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used for the purposes of the promotion only.
3. If the customer chooses to accept to prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.

1. THE Promoter and any companies associated with this competition accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss].
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
4. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, them it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in New South Wales where required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval gaming authorities in New South Wales where required.
6. If all or any term and condition contained in the Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof remain in full force.
