Helen worked for nine years with Lend Lease Retail, of which she spent seven as National Research Manager.  Helen has qualifications in Business, Marketing, Property Valuation and Facilitation. 

• Specialisation includes consumer and community, retail and shopping centre environments.

• Seven years as National Research Manager for Lend Lease Retail managing a team of analysts and a $2 million budget, experience includes designing retail research departments, and managing research for major projects including Melbourne Central, Penrith Plaza and Sunshine Plaza.

• In September 2003 Helen became one of a select group of market research specialists in Australia to be awarded the Market Research Society of Australia's (AMSRO) industry accreditation of Qualified Practising Market Researcher (QPMR).

• This qualification is designed to enable potential clients to identify market research advisors who have a broad-based market research knowledge and experience, high professional standards and are committed to maintaining and extending those standards over time.
