This extensive research has lead to the development of over 1,000 Consumer Shopping Behaviour Benchmarks, and for the first time in  Australia a summary of these vital performance measures are now    available to all those associated with the Shopping Centre and Retail Industry.

Directional Insights is is now releasing the updated Consumer Shopping Behaviour Benchmark Reports. Not only will these updated reports still include all of the benchmarks from the previous reports, but will also look at Centres by location providing a comparison between metropolitan and non-metropolitan locations. Further to this, an additional report has been added to the set, comparing sub-regional centres with one Discount Department Store to those Centres that have two.
